Germany's 2-0 win over Ukraine in the opening group stages of Euro 2016 on Sunday did not seem to be the major highlight of the night. What really caught the attention of many spectators was the actions of Germany's manager Joachim Löw. During Sunday's match Löw was caught stuffing his hand into his pants and sniffing his fingers. To make matters worse he was caught twice doing this, once in the front and the back. I have to give him credit, at least he got both ends. If you don't believe me, check out these videos.
This is truly disgusting and hilarious at the same time. I guess we can conclude that the man is not shy around cameras. As a manager you have to realize that there are going to be thousands of people watching you do that on television. This isn't even the first time the Löw has been caught in the act. After a 4-0 win against Portugal in the 2014 World Cup, he was seen picking his nose and then proceeded to shake hands with Cristiano Ronaldo. You literally can't make this stuff up. Germany did win the World Cup so I guess we can't complain, but maybe it is time for the German team to have an intervention.
